Liability Waiver & Release

I acknowledge that participation in the Sedona Hermetic Alchemy Workshop involves physical activities including hiking, meditation, and ceremonial practices that may be physically and mentally demanding. I understand that these activities carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, and in extreme cases, death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this workshop, including risks related to desert climate conditions, outdoor activities at elevation, energy work practices, and group activities.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Align To Your Highest, Sifu RJ Wright, and all affiliated instructors, staff, volunteers, and venue owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me during participation in this workshop.

I certify that I am in good physical and mental health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to immediately notify instructors of any health issues that arise during the workshop.

I understand that Align To Your Highest does not provide medical, therapeutic, or healthcare services. The practices taught are for educational and spiritual development purposes only.
